Shipping policy

Turnaround Time
sewn with love by EAK strives to have a rapid turnaround time for shipping. Standard shipping time for ready to ship clothing, bags, and fabric is 1-3 days, unless otherwise stated. On rare occasions it may take up to 5 days for items to ship.

Custom made items generally have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. 

Fabrics listed as "preorders" have yet to be printed/ordered or are in the printing process. Estimated turnaround times will be provided in the listing, but please understand that there are often factors outside of my control. I keep regular fabric updates in my Facebook Group. 

Shipping Details

Shipping is through USPS First Class (up to a pound) and Priority Mail. Large orders are sent via USPS Cubic Shipping, which reduces the price. Cubic Shipping is still insured Priority mail.

Shipping Rate Changes (New Rates Effective 6/1/26) 

Orders up to $25- $8

Orders from $25.01-$63- $12 (rate changed 6/1/26)

Orders from $63.01-$199.99- $18 (rate changed 6/1/26)

Orders $200 and more- Free

I will no longer refund overages as shipping prices will be based on order price. I will continue to hold orders and combine shipping as requested, but I always appreciate a heads up as I strive to ship orders quickly. 

*Alaskan customers can contact me for a personalized, reusable code for free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Codes are not for sharing or transferring, but may be used on an unlimited basis by the code recipient. 

Clothing and DTFs ship for a flat $8/order (rate changed 6/1/26)

IShipping to Canada is on hold as of 2/4/25.
